Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Coordinate and negotiate with the consultants, Engineers, contractors, supervisors, planners, and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ To review the submitted design and drawings of the consultant(s) before getting approval from the higher authority before execution.
∎ To prepare the project implementation plan, procurement plan, Storage plan etc. as well as to anticipate problems with effective solutions.
∎ To Maintain and control the Store with regular inventory.
∎ To prepare Tender documents, BOQ, Contract with cost analysis of items of works.
∎ To Follow & Implement the Construction schedule & Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly construction progress report.
∎ To do project documentation, Prepare Notice and Minutes of the Meetings.
∎ To do Regular Project Supervision and quality control.
∎ To check the volumes of works done and certify the Bills.
∎ To ensure completion of project within the stipulated Time and Budget
∎ Any other assignment given by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Required Experience: Minimum 10 years in the relevant field
∎ Proficiency in operating Auto CAD, MS project, MS Word, Excel & Power Point etc.
∎ Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
