Experience:

• CGPA of 3.00 or more (in a scale of 4.00) in B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Comprehensive expertise in MEP services project works essential for residential and commercial projects.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.

• Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to maintain an overview of projects, supervisory, negotiating and execution skills.

• The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage: Real Estate Industry, Project Management, PMP® Certification, QMS Certification etc.

• The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage: SketchUp, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, etc.

• Reviewing MEP drawings thoroughly, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies or discrepancies in collaboration with the GM, MEP.

• Execute the installation of MEP components such as substations, generators, lifts, lighting systems, communication infrastructure, plumbing services, HVAC systems, ventilation equipment, fire detection and protection systems.

• Ensuring adherence to the Master Project Schedule (MPS) by efficiently managing vendors, contractors, and the procurement of necessary materials for the timely execution of MEP tasks at the site.

• Coordinating closely with the Head of Projects (HOP) to facilitate seamless site management and ensure the on-time installation of key MEP services.

• Conduct thorough inspections in conjunction with suppliers post-delivery of materials and equipment to verify that major MEP components meet the specifications outlined in the Work Order or Purchase Order.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation regarding material deliveries and consumption to facilitate accurate billing processes.

• Upholding the highest standards of installation quality for all MEP items through regular onsite supervision, monitoring, and effective communication with vendors.

• Conducting thorough testing and commissioning procedures for all MEP installations in strict accordance with PO Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensuring the timely completion, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of MEP works throughout the execution process, prioritizing adherence to industry standards and protocols.

• Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.
