• Supervise electrical installation works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.

• Coordinate with the Departmental Head, Site engineer, Contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works on time.

• Conduct inspections of electrical installations and ensure quality control in accordance with company standards and statutory regulations.

• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT Power Distribution Systems, Substation and Transformer, Generator. Fire Detection and Fire Protection Systems, Lighting and Power Systems, Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems, Lift Electrical Interface, CCTV, PA, Access Control, Intercom, and Other Systems.

• Coordinate with utility authorities for electrical connections, inspections, approvals, and energisation.

• Prepare project progress reports, technical reports, and documentation

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.

• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Support tenant fit-out and maintenance requirements.

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.

• Monitor utility consumption and equipment performance.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
