Education
Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oil & Gas pipelines, fuel depots, terminals, or process plant projects.
Practical knowledge of industrial SCADA, RTU/PLC systems, fiber optic communications, and redundant telemetry/network systems.
Candidates with prior PMC / Engineering Consultancy experience will be given priority.
Additional Requirements
Familiarity with relevant industrial and pipeline standard.
Strong analytical, technical report-writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-national engineering consultancy environment.

Job Context
We are seeking a qualified Engineer – Electrical (Telecommunication & SCADA) to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for fuel Pipeline & Infrastructure Project in Dhaka.
The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of our Senior Foreign SCADA & Telecommunication Specialist, reviewing detailed engineering designs, material submittals, and ensuring strictly compliant execution across pipeline and depot facilities.
Job Responsibilities
· SCADA & Instrumentation Review: Assist the Senior Specialist in reviewing engineering designs, control architectures, PLC/RTU interfaces, and instrument specifications for pipeline SCADA systems.
· Telecommunications & Redundancy: Review engineering designs, material specifications, and redundancy analyses for dedicated industrial telecommunication networks (including Fiber Optic Cable backbones, network switches, and failover systems).
· Technical Submittals & RFIs: Evaluate contractor technical submittals, material specifications, requests for information (RFIs), and engineering drawings against project standards and codes.
· Site & Commissioning Support: Provide PMC-level technical support during factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), field installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunication and SCADA hardware.
· Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain smooth technical communication and coordination between the PMC team, EPC Contractor, and the Client.
