Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations independently.

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings as required.

• Develop 2D plans, elevations, sections and construction details.

• Prepare presentation drawings, layouts and design concepts.

• Assist in developing architectural and landscaping design proposals.

• Coordinate with clients, site teams and other departments regarding design requirements.

• Visit project sites when required and understand site conditions.

• Support project execution by providing necessary drawings and design details.

• Make revisions to drawings/designs based on client and management feedback.

• Prepare BOQ, material details and other project-related documentation when required.

• Coordinate architectural design with landscape, interior and external development works.

• Must have a positive interest and willingness to work on landscaping projects.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow project deadlines.
