Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and manage daily interior site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and Project Managers to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Ensure all site work is executed according to approved architectural/interior drawings, BOQs, 3D models, and project specifications.

• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and completed work at the project site.

• Verify materials received at the site against required specifications and quantities.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily work progress updates, and measurement sheets.

• Monitor manpower, work progress, and site activities.

• Ensure proper site discipline and compliance with applicable safety requirements.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Coordinate with the Architecture, Procurement, and Project Management teams regarding site requirements and project issues.

• Monitor project schedules and ensure assigned works are completed within the required timeline.

• Report delays, technical problems, material issues, or other site-related concerns to the Project Manager or management promptly.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with approved designs.
