Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university or polytechnic institute.

• Certification in Project Management or AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in building construction and site management.

• Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory.

• Supervise daily site construction activities and ensure quality control as per engineering standards.

• Strong skills in structural work execution, drawing interpretation, cost estimation, and material management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and site reporting tools.

• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and site safety management skills.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic professional English.

• Ability to work under site pressure and meet project completion deadlines.

Working Time: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm

• Holidays: Weekly holiday (Friday) & government holidays (subject to project site urgency).

• Salary: Tk. 30,000 - 40,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience)
