Education and Experience
Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Generally 2 to 5 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, often preferred within a specific industry like an Architecture firm, construction, or Interior Firm.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, and reliability.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value.
Order Processing: Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) using enterprise tools or internal databases like SAP.
Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse staff, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries while adhering to company procurement policies and regulatory standards.
