- Age At least 30 years
Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant post. Candidate having practical experience in building Spinning Mills/factories will be preferred.
Sound Knowledge in BNBC, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, LEED and Bidhimala.
Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Sketch up and lumion.
Ensure that all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings and project
specifications.
Candidate having knowledge in Industrial Buildings and skill will get preference.
Monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
Experience in Word, Excel, Mail browsing, typing speed and skill will get preference.

Responsibilities:
- He will be responsible for looking after the Civil works of the Factory building and other structures.
- Prepare building Design Concept/ 3D Visualization both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D.
- To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior.
