Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction and site execution activities.

• Review architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP drawings for coordination and constructability.

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and milestones.

• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and applicable building codes.

• Identify technical and construction-related problems and implement practical solutions.

• Review BOQ, estimates, material requirements, and project costs.

• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and construction methodology.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

• Coordinate MEP works with civil and structural activities to minimize clashes and rework.

• Review contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to contractual requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence.

• Support management in technical decision-making, cost control, procurement, and project planning.

• Lead engineers and site teams and ensure effective allocation of manpower and resources.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and stakeholders when required.
