IEB membership preferred

Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing drawings, specifications, installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Project Management: Ability to monitor project timelines, expenses, resources, procurement, and multiple ongoing tasks.

Coordination: Ability to work effectively with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams.

Organization: Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and manage multiple priorities.

Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies, software, construction methods, and industry practices.

• Design and review plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and other building projects.

• Prepare and review water supply, drainage, sanitary, stormwater, and related plumbing layouts.

• Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, pressure calculations, and system capacity assessments.

• Develop efficient and safe water distribution and wastewater management systems.

• Coordinate plumbing systems with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP systems.

• Review plumbing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material requirements.

• Supervise plumbing installation and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Inspect plumbing materials, fixtures, pipes, pumps, valves, and related equipment.

• Identify technical problems and develop practical engineering solutions.

• Conduct testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.

• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

• Maintain technical documentation, inspection reports, progress reports, and project records.
