- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET preferred).

Required Experience
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a heavy industry, with at least 5-7 years specifically managing rotary kilns, ball mills, crushers, and heavy utility systems in a large cement manufacturing plant.
- Good knowledge of the cement manufacturing process control.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and production – related software.
- DGM (Maintenance) needs to be residential/ Khulna based .
