Job Description

• Take and manage construction progress photographs.

• Prepare and maintain project-related documents.

• Coordinate and communicate with government authorities.

• Obtain and maintain professional qualifications and licenses.

• Support construction project management and site-related activities.

• Develop technical experience and work toward higher-level construction management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N4 or above.

• Driver’s license is required; candidates may obtain it after joining the company.

• Willingness to obtain relevant professional qualifications and licenses.
