• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture

• At least 6 years

• Age At least 30 years

-Strong knowledge of architectural design, building construction, detailing, and finishing works.
-Good understanding of RCC structures, structural coordination, and integration of MEP services with architectural works.
-Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, material specification, and basic cost estimation.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/D5, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
-Good knowledge of BNBC, building regulations, fire safety requirements, and construction standards.
-Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
-Strong communication, coordination, site supervision, and problem-solving skills.
-Good documentation and reporting skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
-Willingness to visit project sites and work extended hours when required.

-Assist in architectural design, planning, and development of building projects.
-Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
-Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, MEP, and other project teams.
-Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work as per approved drawings and specifications.
-Supervise and monitor finishing, interior, façade, flooring, ceiling, doors/windows, and other architectural works.
-Review shop drawings, material samples, specifications, and contractor submissions.
-Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, material selection, and cost estimation.
-Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for technical/design solutions.
-Maintain project drawings, revisions, site records, and documentation.
-Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documents.
-Ensure architectural works comply with BNBC, building regulations, fire safety, and project standards.
-Participate in project coordination and site meetings. Take an action plan based on this.
-Support renovation, modification, space planning, and facility improvement works.
-Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Civil Head
