• Bachelor of Science – Operations & Technology Management or Diploma in Technology Management from any reputed University/ Institute. Operation Technical Training will be added an advantage.

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 5 years working experience in paint production management.

• Advance knowledge of the quality, safety and compliance of raw materials, intermediate batches and finished products and maintaining product consistency, colour accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Advance written and spoken English.

Asia Coatings (PVT) ltd is a 100% foreign investment paint company in Bangladesh. Company doing wood coating business, Decorative items, innovative designs, sustainable solutions and high-quality service for conscious clients in Bangladesh. In order to facilitate our large expansion program, the following personnel are required urgently.

Job Responsibility:

• To manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations.

• Manage daily manufacturing operations, machinery execution, and batch processing for wood coatings and decorative product lines.

• Optimize mixing, dispersing, grinding, tinting, and filling processes to improve batch yield and reduce cycle times.

• Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor, including batch off-spec corrections, viscosity adjustments, and color matching. Scale up pilot formulations to full-scale commercial manufacturing during new product rollouts.

• Enforce strict quality control standards across all stages: raw material inspection, in-process testing, and finished product verification.

• Standardize core quality tests, including gloss levels, adhesion, drying time, film thickness, hardness, and durability.

• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery, bead mills, high-speed dispersers, and filling lines.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement programs to reduce raw material waste and energy consumption. Manage inventory levels for bulk chemicals, solvents, resins, pigments, and packaging materials to maintain uninterrupted production.

• Direct, train, and supervise production engineers, floor supervisors, machine operators, and technical technicians.

• Address technical issues and challenges related to coating processes promptly and effectively.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.

Salary & Allowance:

• Basic Salary USD: 1,800.00, House rent USD: 245, Conveyance Allowance USD: 20.00 and Medical USD: 80.00 per month as per company policy.
