Job Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and design excellence
Understand client needs and translate them into innovative design solutions
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings
Drafting the drawings as required from project initiation till the finishing
Ability to develop fast and accurate 3D models and visualizations
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes
Coordinate with clients regarding design related issues
Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
