Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 22 years

• B.Arch from an IAB-accredited university;
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience; fresh BUET graduates are encouraged to apply
• Advanced practical skills in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape/D5 Render
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; Revit is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, interior design, and structural coordination
• Practical understanding of RAJUK approval, BNBC, building codes, and statutory requirements
• Ability to prepare working drawings, construction details, BOQ, schedules, and technical documentation
• Strong site coordination, visualization, consultant/vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical communication, presentation, documentation, and deadline-management capability

Responsibilities & Context:

Fashion Step Group is strengthening its Engineering & Project Management function as we expand into the Real Estate sector. We are seeking technically capable, creative, and execution-focused Architect to support architectural, interior, infrastructure, and development projects.

 Position Overview:

The Architect will support projects from concept design through construction execution, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, authority compliance, constructability, and effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, spatial planning, interior layouts, and design presentations

• Prepare RAJUK submission/approval drawings, working drawings, construction details, and documentation

• Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings and technical details using AutoCAD

• Develop 3D models, walkthroughs, and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render or 3ds Max/V-Ray

• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, fire, and other engineering disciplines

• Review drawings for constructability, technical consistency, and design coordination

• Support material selection, BOQ, schedules, specifications, and vendor coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for timely execution

• Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, applicable building codes, and project requirements

• Maintain design revisions, approvals, drawings, and project documentation
