Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 29 years
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Good knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance practices.

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawing and design.

  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Good communication, coordination and team management skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage overall mechanical maintenance activities of the plant.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities effectively and efficiently.

  • Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team and ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance jobs.

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Systems.

  • Coordinate with production and other functional teams to ensure maximum machine availability and smooth plant operations.

  • Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, maintenance procedures and work instructions for the department.

  • Ensure maintenance activities, equipment designs and related practices comply with applicable safety, regulatory and environmental standards, including ISO and OSHA requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain the department's monthly duty roster according to operational requirements.

  • Ensure proper management of mechanical spare parts, maintenance records, reports and other relevant documentation.

  • Identify recurring equipment problems and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.

  • Train, guide and develop subordinates to improve their technical skills, productivity and work efficiency.

  • Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and safety standards within the assigned work area.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
