• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Should have knowledge about mechanical maintenance, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

• Heavy machinery installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Workshop management and maintenance planning.

• Spare parts planning and inventory control.

• Equipment reliability and asset management.

• Root cause analysis (RCA), maintenance budget and cost control.

• Team leadership and people management.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.

• Schedule and perform all types of preventive maintenance and servicing as per schedule.

• Maintain all equipment/machines of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production.

• Identify problem areas and coordinate with the concerned department.

• Ensure technical support on mechanical systems and equipment to other members of the maintenance team.

• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and a timely manner

• Should have good communication skills.

• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
