• Minimum 6 years of relevant industrial experience in mechanical/civil maintenance or facilities management is highly desirable

• Professional certification in engineering, maintenance, or occupational health & safety is an advantage. Experience in a university, residential campus, or large-scale facility environment is preferred

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/VRF systems, pumps, plumbing, sanitary systems, and elevators

• Practical knowledge of civil construction and maintenance; masonry, waterproofing, flooring, roofing, and structural repairs

• Sound analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations, construction safety, and maintenance best practices

• Skilled in planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and technical documentation

• Excellent communication in Bangla and English

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Provide technical support for mechanical, civil, and facility maintenance assessment, troubleshooting, and fault resolution

• Plan, execute, and supervise all maintenance activities

• Inspect, monitor, and maintain HVAC/VRF systems, pumps, water and sanitary systems, elevators, generators, and other mechanical equipment

• Supervise civil maintenance works building structures, roofs, walls, painting, waterproofing, drainage, and infrastructure

• Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance across dormitories, academic buildings, and campus

• Conduct semester-wise inspections of buildings and infrastructure; assess defects and prepare action plans for repair, refurbishment, or renovation

• Process purchase requisitions for mechanical, civil, and maintenance materials

• Supervise contractors and service providers, monitoring quality and progress of construction, renovation, and repair works

• Ensure proper operation of water, drainage, sanitary, and utility systems across campus

• Coordinate with Health & Safety team to identify and address facility-related hazards
