Experience:
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a reputed public engineering university; KUET, RUET and CUET graduates preferred.
MBA or EMBA from a reputed institution.
Very strong Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, clean dashboards, and turning messy data into clear reports.
Strong, everyday use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar) to draft documents, analyze data, summarize long reports and eliminate repetitive work. We expect you to get done in an hour what would take a day manually.
Excellent written and spoken English and Bangla; comfortable writing formal correspondence to government bodies.
Polite, persistent follow-up skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and discreet with confidential information.
Willing to travel occasionally to project sites and client offices.
Experience Requirements
4 to 6 years of professional experience in the power sector.
Experience with BREB/PBS, BPDB, DPDC, DESCO or PGCB projects from the contractor or consultant side preferred.
Solar, IPP or EPC project experience is a strong plus.

PUL Group is a Bangladeshi engineering group established in 1976, working in power distribution and transmission consulting, electrical construction and EPC, and industrial manufacturing. Our clients include BREB and its PBSs, BPDB, DPDC, DESCO and private power producers.
We are looking for an engineer with a strong business sense to coordinate between upper management, departments and field teams. The role makes sure assigned tasks are followed through to completion, keeps client coordination moving, and prepares the reports management relies on.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate between upper management, departments and field teams to ensure tasks, instructions and deadlines are communicated and followed up.
Maintain a central action tracker for ongoing tasks and projects, and provide regular status updates to management.
Coordinate with key clients, including BREB/PBS offices and power project clients, on correspondence, meetings, deliverables, billing and approvals.
Prepare monthly consolidated reports covering project billing vs. target, collections, progress and key issues.
Organize regular coordination meetings with departments and field teams, and circulate concise minutes and action points.
Review technical and commercial documents (tender documents, bills, measurement sheets, progress reports) and flag issues early.
Draft formal letters, emails and presentations for clients and government agencies.
Use Excel and AI tools to speed up drafting, analysis, summarizing and reporting.
Carry out other coordination responsibilities as assigned by management.
