Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Age 20 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant engineering/design software.

• Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of metal molds/dies, press tools, stamping, punching, cutting, bending, and forming processes for metal parts manufacturing. Basic knowledge of plastic molds will be an added advantage.

• Leadership & Teamwork: Good leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills with the ability to work effectively with Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.

• Verify dimensions, specifications, and quality of trial metal parts as per approved drawings and standards.

• Prepare and maintain mold/die trial reports, inspection reports, process parameters, and technical records.

• Problem solving of mold and die related works.

• Ensure and communicate required quality, dimensional, and functional standards during mold/die trials.

• Follow up on R&I sample testing, inspection, validation, and trial related activities.

• Support die troubleshooting, modification, improvement, and trial activities in coordination with Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.

• Perform any other technical or operational responsibilities related to metal mold/die development and metal parts manufacturing.
