• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

BSc in IPE/ME/EEE from any reputed University.

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Candidate must have knowledge on AutoCAD 2D, Layout and Process.

• Should have strong analytical ability.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

• Can work under pressure.

• Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.

• Ensure maximum utilization of man, machine and materials.

• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve business development.

• Optimize Standard Minute Value (SMV) / Standard Time for production operations.

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Optimize line control systems to improve cycle time and reduce downtime.

• Use analytics to detect bottlenecks, failures or inefficiencies.

• Support for decision-making through dashboard/report development.

• Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).

• Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
