• 2 to 6 years of practical experience in an aluminum or metal manufacturing plant.

• Deep understanding of aluminum alloy properties, melt treatment, and die casting machinery parameters.

Position Overview:

Majesto Limited is seeking a highly skilled Die Cast Engineer to oversee our metal casting operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Metallurgical Engineering and hands-on expertise in aluminum casting, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Process Management: Lead and monitor daily aluminum high-pressure/low-pressure die casting operations.

2.      Defect Analysis: Identify casting defects (e.g., porosity, shrinkage, cold shuts), perform root-cause analysis, and execute corrective measures.

3.      Quality & Yield: Optimize metal flow, cycle times, and alloy chemistry to maximize output while minimizing scrap.

4.      Maintenance & Tooling: Collaborate with tooling teams on mold design evaluation, preventive maintenance, and thermal regulation.

5.      Compliance & Safety: Ensure all casting procedures adhere to factory safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
