Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, deployment, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives for our broker-hosted Order Management System (OMS). The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications.

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and deployment environments.

• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and operational processes.

• Collaborate with software development and IT teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.

• Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and resource utilization.

• Identify and resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production-related issues.

• Implement backup, disaster recovery, security, and system reliability practices.

• Review existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.

• Provide technical consultation and guidance on DevOps tools, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.

• Maintain proper technical documentation and operational procedures.
