Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Must be a non-smoker.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop accurate and high-quality 3D models of architectural designs based on drawings, sketches, and specifications. Maintaining layers, groups and color coding.
Apply materials, textures, lighting, and environmental effects to enhance visual quality.
Create rendered images walkthroughs, for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Experience in Lumion / D5 animation will be preferred.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Revise models and renderings based on feedback from management and clients.
Maintain project timelines and deliver outputs within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and architecture.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings where necessary.
Create branding related illustrations when required.
Visiting sites and showroom for design purposes.
