Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the Project Quality Control Plan ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements for all construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets approved drawings, BOQ, and contract requirements.
Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor quality performance of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Approve and verify construction materials through testing and compliance checks.
Maintain all quality-related documentation, reports, and inspection records.
Prepare and submit NCRs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
Construction Billing and internal construction Audit.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and supervise QC team while promoting quality awareness and best practices on site.
