ACI Motors Limited is looking for an Executive - Planning & Product Development for its Agri Machinery Factory, where the incumbent will be responsible for where the incumbent will be responsible for supporting production planning, product development, and process improvement initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capacity.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

• Monitor production progress against planned schedules and identify deviations for timely corrective action.

• Prepare material requirements based on production plans and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and other resources.

• Analyze inventory levels and support optimization of material stock to avoid shortages and excess inventory.

• Coordinate manpower, machine capacity, and other resources according to production requirements.

• Support the development of new products and improvement of existing products based on market demand, customer requirements, and business objectives.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers during product development activities.

• Assist in preparing product specifications, drawings, BOMs, process requirements, and other technical documentation.

• Follow up on prototype development, testing, trial production, and product validation.
