2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.

Experience with Cisco routers, Cisco Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), preferably Sophos.

Solid understanding and practical experience with configuring and troubleshooting Routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, ACLs, port forwarding, port mapping,

NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN (Site-to-Site & Remote Access), and High Availability (HA), Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, including STP, EtherChannel/LACP, and Link Redundancy, NMS

Basic understanding of network security concepts, including firewall policies, IPS/IDS, SSL VPN, and security best practices.

Experience in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause analysis

CCNA certification is preferred.

Additional certifications such as CCNP, Sophos Certified Engineer, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.

Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
