Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • Must have proven experience in factory building, road, bridge, gas line, and railroad construction.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be considered an asset.
  • Extensive prior experience in managing budgets for construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous leadership experience with demonstrated and proven leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
  • Prior work experience in construction management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes. Ability to plan ahead effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and HR practices.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and conflict management.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to multitask with a solid understanding of core managerial duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.

  • Manage the budget and estimate costs.

  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required.

  • Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment.

  • Prepare reports on construction status.

  • Resolve any problems that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Train and monitor construction workers and laborers, depending on project size.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members.

  • Negotiate contract agreements with external vendors.

  • Obtain the required permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites.

  • Plan construction operations.

  • Ensure that all deadlines are met.
