Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

RFL Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory HR Manager to manage and oversee HRM functions at our manufacturing facilities in Narsingdi and Cumilla. The role will be responsible for ensuring effective manpower management, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and a productive workplace environment aligned with business and factory requirements.

  • Manage overall HR & Administration activities of the factory.

  • Ensure manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding as per production requirements.

  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, shift, and workforce discipline.

  • Coordinate payroll, salary, incentives, benefits, and employee-related queries.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper HRIS/database management.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal, promotion, increment, transfer, and confirmation processes.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training & development programs.

  • Work closely with Production, Operations, Finance, Admin, and Management to address workforce-related issues.

  • Manage worker engagement, welfare, motivation, and retention initiatives.

  • Support management in organizational restructuring and workforce optimization.

  • Prepare and submit HR reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and management dashboards.

  • Handle separation, resignation, clearance, final settlement, and exit interview processes.

  • Build a positive employee relations and workplace culture while maintaining discipline and productivity.
