Job Title: Junior Architect & 3D Modeler

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

• Develop accurate 3D models from architectural concepts and 2D drawings.

• Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings, walk throughs, and presentation materials.

• Assist senior architects in concept development, design coordination, and project documentation.

• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and other interior design drawings.

• Revise drawings and 3D models according to client feedback and project requirements.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor work according to approved drawings.

• Prepare material specifications, mood boards, and presentation sheets.

• Maintain organized project files, drawings, models, and rendering assets.

• Ensure all designs follow company standards, building regulations, and project deadlines.

• Perform other architectural and design-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Good understanding of architectural planning, detailing, materials, lighting, and visualization.

• Ability to read and prepare architectural and construction drawings.

• Creative design sense with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

• Fresh graduates may apply; relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be preferred.
