Additional Requirements:

Good command of AutoCAD is essential.

Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D rendering/visualization software will be an advantage.

Good understanding of building construction, architectural detailing, and working drawings.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Position: Architect

To strengthen our project and design team, we are looking for a talented and responsible Architect.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for residential building/apartment projects.

• Develop architectural concepts and designs in accordance with project requirements.

• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software and other relevant tools.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering requirements.

• Visit project sites regularly and monitor architectural execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties.

• Review construction progress and identify discrepancies between drawings and site execution.

• Assist in material selection, finishing details, and interior/exterior design requirements when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with approved plans, applicable building codes, and relevant authority requirements.

• Prepare design revisions and documentation as required by management.
