ob Responsibilities
Promote and sell company real estate projects to prospective clients.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
Generate sales leads through direct marketing, networking, and online platforms.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update client databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client service.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in the Real Estate sector will be preferred.

Good presentation and client handling ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online marketing tools.
