Additional Requirements: Civil Engineer.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and site management.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and project plans.
Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution.
Supervise construction work to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Visit project sites and provide technical support when required.
Prepare project documentation, BOQ, and design presentations.
Supervise construction projects and monitor site activities.
Ensure project work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQ, estimation, and project reports.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor construction quality, safety, and project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
