Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company real estate projects to prospective clients.

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.

• Generate sales leads through direct marketing, networking, and online platforms.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and update client databases regularly.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client service.

• Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good presentation and client handling ability.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online marketing tools.
