· Proven experience in Government EPC; all military organization projects will be highly preferred.
· Strong practical experience in design, tendering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and project management.
Strong leadership and strategic engineering-management capability.
Extensive knowledge of Electrical EPC project execution and contract management.·
Strong expertise in HT/LT systems, Substation, RMU and power distribution.·
Excellent understanding of electrical design, BOQ, estimation and costing.·
Strong Client, Consultant, Government project coordination skills.·

1. Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering function across Goni Group’s Government, EPC & other major projects.
2. Provide technical and managerial leadership for HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution and complete electrical project execution.
3. Lead the planning, execution and supervision of Substations, RMU, Transformers, VCB, HT/LT Switchgear, HT/LT Panels, HT/LT Cables and Protection & Control Systems.
4. Review and approve SLD, load schedules, electrical designs, specifications, BOQ, estimates, technical drawings and method statements.
5. Supervise and ensure successful installation, testing and commissioning of Substations, RMU, Transformers, Generators, AMF/ATS, Synchronizing Panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, APFC and associated systems.
6. Oversee ELV and low-voltage systems, including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Networking and BMS, where applicable.
7. Lead electrical tendering, estimation, technical proposal preparation, bid evaluation, procurement and subcontractor selection.
8. Review technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, samples, method statements and inspection requests from contractors and suppliers.
9. Maintain effective communication and professional coordination with Clients, Consultants, Government Authorities, Bangladesh Army/Brigade Representatives, Contractors and Utility Authorities.
10. Attend and lead technical, coordination, progress and commercial meetings with Clients and Consultants and ensure timely resolution of technical matters.
11. Coordinate with Consultants for design approvals, material approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning and final project handover.
12. Monitor project progress, quality, cost, procurement, manpower and contractual compliance, ensuring timely project delivery.
13. Review and manage measurements, contractor bills, variations, claims, technical reports and project documentation.
14. Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, safety standards and contractual requirements.
15. Identify critical technical risks, troubleshoot complex engineering issues and provide cost-effective and practical engineering solutions.
16. Establish and implement engineering standards, quality-control procedures, inspection procedures and project reporting systems.
17. Lead, guide and develop Electrical Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and technical teams across multiple projects.
18. Coordinate closely with Civil and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure integrated and efficient EPC project execution.
19. Support Group Management in business development, Government/EPC tender opportunities, technical negotiations and strategic project decisions.
20. Prepare and submit technical, progress and management reports and provide professional engineering recommendations to Group Management.
21. Ensure proper testing, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings, operation manuals and project handover for completed works.
22. Perform any other technical, managerial or project-related responsibilities assigned by Group Management.
