3. Ability to physically supervise, monitor, and manage interior project works at sites in Dhaka and anywhere in Bangladesh.

4. Ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and productivity.

5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and initiative to identify and resolve critical site issues effectively.

6. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, contractors, vendors, laborers, and project teams.

7. Strong knowledge and understanding of architectural drawings and structural designs.

8. Ability to accurately read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings, including dimensions, details, and specifications.

9. Ability to ensure that all construction and interior works are executed accurately according to approved designs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

10. Strong site supervision and monitoring skills with a keen eye for quality, workmanship, measurements, and finishing.

• Coordinate with labor, vendors, and contractors to ensure execution of works in accordance with approved designs, drawings, and project instructions.

• Prioritize site activities based on project requirements and prepare/provide immediate site requisitions according to site demands.

• Provide daily site progress updates and communicate instructions and work plans for the following day.

• Maintain and manage project documentation, including labor attendance, TA/DA records, vendor bills, and related supporting documents.

• Prepare detailed work schedules and master project schedules, ensuring activities are properly planned and monitored.

• Track and analyze project performance, productivity, and cost performance against approved plans and budgets.

• Monitor overall project progress and coordinate with superiors to identify issues and implement appropriate corrective measures when required.

• Coordinate with Site Planning Engineers to develop, update, and monitor the one-month look-ahead program in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.

• Collect and analyze necessary site information and prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
