• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Location & Mobility: Must be able to stay on-site in Narsingdi during active construction and commissioning phases, with routine travel to the Dhaka HQ.Core

• Competencies: Strong site supervision, contractor management, emergency problem-solving, and negotiation skills, paired with uncompromised integrity.

1. Site Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate and supervise civil, structural, electrical and MEP works at the Balapur, Narsingdi site as per approved drawings and project schedule.

2. Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Coordinate installation and commissioning of dosing, mixing, dust collection, packing and related equipment with OEMs and contractors.

3. Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate between Dhaka HQ, site teams, contractors, vendors and OEMs, ensuring timely execution and resolution of site issues.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor work progress, materials, quality and timelines; prepare regular project updates and highlight issues or delays.

5. Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure HSE, sanitary/GMP and housekeeping requirements are followed, with proper measures to prevent cross-contamination.

6. Statutory & Site Support: Support required local approvals, inspections, utilities and other site-related requirements.
