A. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Collect manpower requisitions.
Prepare Job Descriptions (JD).
Publish job advertisements.
Screen and shortlist CVs.
Arrange written tests and interviews.
Conduct reference checks.
Issue appointment letters.
2. Employee On boarding
Complete joining formalities.
Conduct employee orientation.
Create employee files and records.
Issue ID cards, email accounts, and access credentials.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Process leave applications.
Prepare monthly payroll.
Calculate overtime, incentives, and allowances.
Manage tax deductions and statutory compliance.
4. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Resolve employee grievances.
Maintain workplace discipline.
Conduct performance evaluations.
