ADNT delivers FinTech, payment, banking software, and IT integration solutions, requiring strong financial discipline to manage working capital, ensure healthy cash flow, and control costs across projects for efficient, timely, profitable execution.
The CFO will lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of ADN Technologies Limited and its subsidiaries. The role is accountable for project finance, cash flow optimization, capital structuring, and risk management across all business verticals. CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO / MD and Board, ensuring financial decisions are tightly aligned with project profitability, funding efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnering
Define and drive financial strategy aligned with energy, power, and engineering business growth.
Partner with the CEO / MD on project bidding, pricing, and investment decisions.
Lead long-term financial planning including capital allocation across subsidiaries.
Provide strategic insights on expansion, diversification, and new ventures.
2. Project Finance & Commercial Control
Lead financial evaluation of all projects
Develop and validate IRR, NPV, payback, and margin models
Ensure project-level profitability tracking and cost control
Oversee contract structuring, milestone billing, retention, and collections
Identify and prevent margin leakage and cost overruns
3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Manage working capital across equipment procurement and project cycles
Optimize Receivables, Inventory levels, and Vendor credit terms
Implement rolling cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
4. Treasury, Banking & Funding
Lead project financing, structured funding and trade finance (LC, BG, supplier credit)
Maintain relationships with banks and NBFIs
Explore green financing/climate funds / concessional funding
Optimize cost of capital and funding mix
5. Accounting, Reporting & Consolidation
Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting
Implement project-based revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion)
Standardize accounting policies across subsidiaries
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
6. Tax, VAT & Regulatory Compliance
Oversee VAT and tax compliance
Manage tax planning and regulatory interactions
Ensure full compliance with NBR and statutory requirements
7. Procurement Finance & Cost Governance
Establish financial controls over Procurement, Vendor contracts, and project sourcing decisions
Drive cost benchmarking and commercial discipline across projects
8. Risk Management & Internal Controls
Identify and mitigate risks related to:
FX exposure (imported equipment)
Project delays and penalties
Cost overruns and contract risks
Strengthen internal controls and governance framework
9. Investment, M&A & Expansion
Evaluate new business opportunities, including:
Renewable energy expansion
Power infrastructure projects
Lead financial due diligence and deal structuring
10. Leadership & Team Development
Build and lead a high-performing finance and project finance team
Strengthen coordination between finance, engineering, and operations
Drive a culture of accountability, control, and performance
11. Audit
Coordinate external and internal audits
Ensure compliance with statutory and governance standards
