• Must have strong experience in RMG/Garments factory-based Accounts and Payroll operations.

• Strong knowledge of payroll and salary management.

• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a factory environment

Job Context

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to manage factory-based accounting operations, including payroll, salary processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts & Finance activities at the factory
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll, salary sheets, overtime and other employee payments
• Ensure accurate payroll calculation based on attendance, leave, overtime and adjustments
• Maintain factory accounts, vouchers, bills, petty cash and expense records
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable and bank transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with HR & Admin regarding salary, attendance and employee-related financial matters
• Monitor VAT, Tax and other statutory financial compliance
• Assist in budgeting, costing, audit and financial analysis
• Ensure accuracy, transparency and timely completion of all factory accounting activities
• Perform any other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management
