Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Garments Technology, Textile or relevant discipline.
Relevant professional training in Pattern Making/CAD will be an advantage.
Strong practical experience in Denim and Woven Pattern Making, Grading and Fitting.
Experience with Gerber or other professional CAD Pattern Making Software is required.
Candidates with strong hands-on technical expertise in Denim products will be preferred.
Good understanding of Denim washing, shrinkage and fabric characteristics.

Sinha Knit & Denims Ltd. is a Woven & Denim Garments Manufacturing Company. We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Pattern Master who can independently handle pattern development, grading, fitting, and technical corrections for woven and denim products.
Job Responsibilities
Develop accurate patterns for Woven & Denim garments based on buyer Tech Pack, sketches, measurement charts, and specifications.
Prepare development, fit, size set, PPS and production patterns.
Develop patterns for Denim Jeans, Trousers, Shirts, Jackets and other woven garments.
Perform accurate pattern grading according to buyer-approved size specifications.
Analyze fit samples and make necessary pattern corrections for proper fitting and measurements.
Study and implement buyer comments, construction details and measurement specifications.
Consider fabric shrinkage, stretch, washing effects and garment construction while developing patterns.
Ensure correct seam allowance, notches, grain line, balance points and other technical details.
Prepare production-friendly patterns while maintaining optimum fabric consumption and minimum wastage.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, Washing, Cutting, Production and Quality teams for technical issues.
Provide technical support during sample development and bulk production.
Maintain proper records of pattern revisions, approved patterns and CAD files.
Ensure all patterns are accurate and aligned with approved specifications before production.
