Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and experience in the RMG sector are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising will be preferred.

• Experience in Ready-Made Garments (RMG), Buying House, or Fashion Brand merchandising will be an advantage.

• Fresher’s with strong communication skills and relevant academic backgrounds may also be considered for junior positions.

• Hands-on working experience in both Knit and Woven garments is mandatory.

• Must have strong practical knowledge of the complete merchandising process, including sampling, costing, fabric & trims sourcing, buyer communication, production follow-up, quality control, and shipment coordination.

• Must have the ability to identify, develop, and establish new suppliers for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment-related materials.

• Experience in supplier sourcing, supplier negotiation, price negotiation, quality evaluation, and supplier relationship management will be highly preferred.

• Must be capable of developing a reliable supplier network according to product requirements, quality standards, lead time, and competitive pricing.

• Candidates must have practical knowledge of both Knit and Woven product development and sourcing.

• Candidates without practical experience in both Knit and Woven garments and supplier development will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising and production processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to work as part of a dynamic and target-oriented team.
