Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Technology or a relevant discipline.

Additional professional certifications in Quality Management will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of garment quality standards, AQL, root cause analysis and CAPA.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and lead a large team effectively.

Sound knowledge of buyer-specific quality requirements and inspection procedures.

Experience :

Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Quality Management in a reputed 100% Export-Oriented Knit Garments Factory, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial/department head position.

Strong experience in handling international buyers, quality audits, inspections and compliance requirements.

Candidates with experience working with reputed European, UK and US buyers will be preferred.

Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions of the factory.

Develop, implement and monitor quality standards, procedures and systems in line with buyer requirements.

Ensure consistent quality throughout the entire production process from fabric inspection to finished garments.

Monitor and minimize defects, rework, rejection and customer complaints through effective corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with international quality standards, buyer requirements and factory quality policies.

Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, Washing, Finishing and other relevant departments to ensure quality targets are achieved.

Lead internal quality audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Analyze quality performance, identify root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communicate and coordinate with buyers, buying houses and third-party inspection agencies regarding quality-related matters.

Develop and coach the Quality team to enhance technical skills, accountability and performance.

Prepare and present regular quality reports and improvement plans to Top Management.
