Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in Knit garments, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.·
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.·
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.·
Leadership and team management experience.·
Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for IE operations, data analysis, and project management.·
An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.·
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the apparel industry.·

To prepare monthly production plan / line plan based on booking & shipment date.
Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up, ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Setting Style wise Daily Sewing Target by Monthly Production Plan / Line Plan Based on Shipment date & Revise it if required.
Setting Style wise Daily Cutting, Printing, and Embroidery & Finishing Target Based on Production Plan & Shipment date.
To ensure optimum utilization of resources (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Space and Time).
To coordinate & follow up with concerned teams (I.e. Merchandising, Knitting, Dyeing, Fabrics, Supply Chain/Procurement, Store and Accessories Dept.) to ensure smooth production operation.
To involve with end to end management of activities related to production planning, purchasing & material management.
Update status related to order, production, shipment & supply chain to the senior management regularly.
Implement and maintain EOS, follow up & improve EOS to improve CPM, Save SMV by introducing new methods & Machinery.
Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions of any failure found it above processes.
Any other assignments assigned by the management.
