Responsibilities & Context:
Oversaw all production activities, ensuring schedules, quality requirements, and delivery targets were met under Trimco Standards.
Reviewed production workflows to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational performance.
Collaborated with Trimco global teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support product development.
Coordinated with Inhouse production/operations teams, manufacturing partners to improve production flow, efficiency, and delivery performance.
Managed product development and technical troubleshooting with teams in other regions.
·Supervised PFL, RFID/NRFID thermal printing, screen printing, woven, heat seal, and offset printing operations.
Identified production issues and supported improvements in processes, materials, quality, and overall efficiency.
Worked with Quality, Merchandising, Sourcing, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve production and technical issues.
Supported new product development by coordinating technical requirements and production processes with Trimco regional teams & suppliers.
Ensured all manufacturing units are followed agreed technical requirements, specifications, and production standards.
Monitored production performance and coordinated corrective actions with relevant teams when required.
Led the Customer Service team, improving workflows, communication, and overall service quality.
Managed production and technical coordination for all the global brands business.
