As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director, South Asia located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Position Summary

The Regional Operations Director – South Asia will lead and oversee all operational activities across the South Asia region, ensuring operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, manufacturing performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, sustainability, and profitability.

The role will be responsible for driving strategic operational initiatives across multiple countries and production facilities while aligning regional operations with Trimco Group’s global business objectives and ESG standards.

Job Responsibilities

Regional Operations Management

Lead overall operations across South Asia production and sourcing locations.

Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, quality, and delivery operations.

Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with Group objectives.

Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manufacturing & Production Excellence

Optimise production efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost control.

Ensure factories achieve production targets, OTIF delivery, and customer compliance requirements.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, process optimisation, and operational excellence programs.

Improve capacity planning and resource utilisation across facilities.

Supply Chain & Customer Service

Strengthen regional supply chain performance and vendor management.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely delivery and effective inventory management.

Build strong relationships with global brands, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Financial & Business Performance

Manage regional operational budgets and cost optimisation initiatives.

Analyse operational performance and profitability.

Support business expansion, strategic investments, and operational scalability.

Leadership & People Management

Lead and mentor country operations managers and factory leadership teams.

Build a high-performance operational culture.

Ensure succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Compliance, ESG & Sustainability

Ensure compliance with international standards, customer requirements, and local regulations.

Support ESG, sustainability, traceability, and ethical sourcing initiatives.

Promote workplace safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement of culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with global sourcing, commercial, finance, HR, IT, and product development teams.

Support implementation of RFID, ProductDNA®, digital traceability, and operational technology solutions.
