Responsibilities & Context:
System-generated PI update in Excel sheet
Prepare Manual PI for 20% Local & 80% for Foreign
Follow up for the LC with the customer
Follow up on LC with customer in person
LC/RTGS receiving and updating Excel
Prepare BOE (Bill of Exchange) and reverifying the documents
Follow up on the BOE sent to the customer
Receive the signed BOE and present it to the bank
Bank maturity follow-up
Bank payment follow-up
Payment voucher booking in D365/AX12
Ensure data accuracy, maintain records, and support the finance team in day-to-day tasksEnsure data accuracy, maintain records, and support the finance team in day-to-day tasks
