Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Junior Executive - Accounts and Finance in our Accounts & Finance Department. Experienced candidates with relevant industry exposure as well as fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply to build their careers with our organization.
Ensure accurate daily financial Records.
To prepare the product costing.
Delivery bill/ Invoice & Collection from client
To prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany balance reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
To prepare any other requied documents/Accounts report by the management to analyze their business plans, Budgets
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals, quotations, and solution designs.
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (especially in government and large enterprise sectors).
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.
Maintain accounting and reporting of projects as per requirements.
Perform other relevant duties as required for the department head.
